FAIR

Daniel and I went to the Logan Fair in August!   We had a fun time and just kind of people watched, looked at the crafts, and had some fair food!  We couldn't do any rides since my body could barely handle walking around for the hour and half we were there.  Life is limited still, but we still make the most of it! And try to see things while we can!

Summer Splash Party with the primary

This summer while living in Logan for health reasons, we were asked to teach the 6 year olds in primary.  We got to teach together and we loved interacting and teaching these sweet little 6 year olds.  We miss them and our ward SO badly!

This is at a summer water party for the primary!

A few of the sweet kids in our primary class!

They suckered Daniel into being behind the sharks face. This way the kids could throw the wet sponges at his face!

Such a good sport!

Bubbles and Chalk!

I loved to see what the children imagined up to draw!

Wicked!

In the end of July my parents took us to see Wicked!  It was a Christmas gift from them to us!  It was the very best musical I have EVER seen!  The actors and actresses were amazing, the music was incredible, and everything about it was just dazzling!  We were so impressed and had such a blast watching it!  There wasn't one minute of it that I was bored.  The music is so good and it got stuck in our heads for a long time, which means its that great! Thanks mom and dad for this wonderful gift!  We loved spending this time with you and Eric and Lex!

Football cake pops to celebrate the Super Bowl!

Back in February to support my husband with his love for sports (specifically football at that time), I made these adorable football cake pops and never posted them!  A little surprise for him on Superbowl weekend!

Made my day!

Woke up to my sweet husbands voice and these beautiful flowers in hand for me!  Such a sweetheart! :)

Bear Lake Adventure

As kids in the summer, Daniel and I both had visited Bear Lake and so we thought it'd be fun to go together.  The ride up there is just as windy as ever but really beautiful!  We drove around the lake and very small town to see what we could find.  We visited a place called the Pickville playhouse where we had both been before, went to a cute little chocolate shop and got a treat, dipped our toes in the water, and had the famous raspberry shake from La Beau's!  Well I had a peanut butter one but there were yummy none the less!  A fun little day trip getaway from life is just what we needed!
